The murder happened on August 26, 2023 in Chrey Thom village, Sampov Poun commune, Sampov Poun city, Kandal province. Sampov Poun City Police named the ringleaders as Vietnamese nationals NGUYEN VAN THANH, a 30-year-old and Nguyen Vich Hung.
