July 14, 200718 yr Tried searching the forums for an answer to this. The search criteria must have been changed recently. When searching for "HIV test," it complains that I've entered one or more search terms with less than four characters. The question is simple enough: would including the results of a recent HIV test help in evaluating a Thai for a tourist visa to another country? In this case, it's to the USA. She's not my wife, but might be my fiance some day. Just a question. Oh hey... Since I'm asking questions about things I can't search the site for, how much money should she have in the bank? And for how long should the funds have been on deposit? Sorry. Such simple questions. Please forgive me. I can't even search for "USA." ขอบคุณมากครับ
July 14, 200718 yr The U.S. is one of the few companies that still have exclusion restrictions for HIV positive tourists. Bringing the subject up at all is problematic. She probably will be asked either in the forms or in the interview regarding her state of health, but i don't think about HIV specifically.

I'm guessing she should simply go have a physical, make sure her vaccinations are current, and hey, might as well through in an HIV test. All of which can be presented, but only upon request. Thanks
