My wife (Thai) is looking at applying for a Sole proprietorship and wanting to know if anyone has recently done this recently. 

How easy is the process and do you need to have the blue book in her name as the house where the buisness is going to be is in her late father's name.

This will be for local sales (Lazada/Shopee).

This is what i am looking at now 

Looks like it can be done online which is a bonus
