Does anyone understand the meaning of this post made yesterday on the Bangkok Immigration Facebook page?

 

I thought that any stamped Re-entry Permit had its own validity tied to your permission to stay date?

Re: Designated period of re-entry to the Kingdom for an alien who has been permitted to take up residency in the Kingdom and extend the period of re-entry to the Kingdom beyond one year dated 8 March 2023

????must re-enter the Kingdom by 30 September 2023.

It's referring to PERMANENT Resident status.

Those guys do a different process for reentry permit..

That is correct.
