Schwab International account - anyone done this from Thailand?

I notice the Schwab web site allows non US citizens, living overseas to open an account such as with a Thailand address. Has anyone got any experience of this from Thailand and found it worthwhile or something to avoid?

 

Thanks for any feedback specifically from those who haven't got accounts in the US.
