no option to clear old notifications

before clicking on the notifications icon it would give 2 choices/options as =1 see all notifications and 2 clear notifications, unfortunately for the past couple days mine does not have these 2 options anymore, only have 1 which only allow me to see all notifications, are there any other members with similar issue or is it just me.

Contacted support yesterday and again today but still no answer
