SingAPorn
Not a good time to visit Thailand. But the high dust level may be fine for the Chinese who are used to worse perhaps. 1
aseanfan
That photo looks like the skyline when it is raining. And today in central Bangkok it poured down - so no dust problem at all. What is it with dust pollution? Even in Buriram they have a 'detector' sign up in the centre of the town. Are they suggesting that the lung issues are to do with dust rather than the obvious reason? Middle Aged Grouch
With the tourism drop as prices are increasing all over Bangkok mainly in shops or restaurants, less visitors who will spend. One can have 10 millions tourists from China or Russia who do not spend but that would not help the local economy.
