No TV entrace, we must show return ticket from thai,

for example, we try to enter thai on 25JULY,we show the eticket on which fly booking date is 27JULY, in this case, will officer give us 30days stamp?

or only 3 days stamp?

As your question is entry without Thai Visa you will receive the normal 30 day permitted to stay stamp.
