jackbox
Last week I purchased a new Suzuki motorbike from a local dealer. I told him I wanted to register the bike myself in order to get the white plates fast instead of waiting for the dealer to delay it two months and have my immigration certificate go out of date. He said no problem and will give me the paperwork and refund my registration fee when I pick up my insurance sticker (which takes them a week for also no apparent reason). It seems the dealers delay needlessly and if you go to DOLT yourself you can get plates the same day. The question I have is what documents do I need? I want to make sure that the dealer gives me everything I need, including returning my immigration certificate. Thanks.
