Administrative Court To Judge Whether Thaksin Is Clinically Or ‘Politically’ Ill

THE ADMINISTRATIVE COURT WILL be shortly petitioned to judge whether de facto Pheu Thai boss/convict at large Thaksin Shinawatra is clinically or “politically” ill.

Political activist Srisuwan Janya confirmed today (Dec.1) he will shortly file a petition to the Administrative Court in search of a ruling on whether the de facto Pheu Thai boss/convict at large may have fallen clinically ill, thus needing a sustained medical treatment at Police Hospital, or may have simply feigned it all to keep himself from being literally put behind bars.

The Administrative Court may subpoena any persons dutifully taking care of the “sickly” Thaksin who has been staying in a private, tightened-security ward at Police Hospital for more than 100 days now for testimony, Srisuwan said.

Importantly, he said, the court may order for the manifestation of truthful evidence pertaining to details of the “illnesses” reportedly inflicted upon the de facto Pheu Thai boss/convict at large to justify his further stay at the hospital in lieu of Bangkok Remand Prison.

Officials of the Corrections Department and Police Hospital could no longer keep his “illnesses” details in confidentiality if ordered by court to unveil them, Srisuwan said.

Just ask any prisoner who thinks he is at least as sick as Thaksin come forward and look how they are treated. How many prisoners have a similar VIP treatment? How many had ever such a treatment?

Me thinks the serial petitioner is too late.

Walking past the Police Hospital, i heard the sounds of chinking glasses, laughter and Bob and friends wafting down from a window above,

I looked at the date, December 1st, and then I understood.

too little too late he will be out by the time they report on this

Just more nonsense structured to keep the unemployable in a soft cosy overpaid "job"

I guess when he is free he wont be in a hospital the next day.

Is Thaksin the sickest prisoner who ever existed in Thailand?

It would be easy to expose this criminal - if people would be allowed to expose it without bad consequences.

If I would be working to treat this sick patient, would I come forward and tell the press or social media that he isn't really that sick? No, if I want to keep my job and health and life.

I wrote it before: Don't count any day which he is in hospital as a day served in prison. Only count days which he spent in prison as days in prison.

Then he can still stay a year in hospital and then start his time in prison until he stayed there for 365 days or whatever his current sentence is.

The paid for doctors will insist that after 100 days in a private hospital room Thaksin is still too ill to be moved, let alone sent to jail. His condition must be serious?

True, when his pardon is granted he'll be out of bed like a spring chicken.

Oh, I thought he had already gone home for Christmas.

The show must go on???😳

Your horse and donkey show continues. TIT.

Just stop all this nonsense. Only his most blinkered supporters believe that he is so desperately sick that he needs to spend over 100 days in hospital. The other 99.9% know it's all play-acting and yet another case of one rule for them and another for 'VIPs'. All the shenanigans fools nobody (except the 0.1% - and even those deep down know the truth).

The show they put on to make it look like he his treated like the average prisoner is sickening

Thaksin's exile , his ' homerun ' , the ' stolen ' election , the new PM , broken pheu thai promises , ... all this is nearly good enough for a nice HBO series a la  " Sopranos " ...

There is everything , Crime , Corruption , Nepotism , evading prison , only some Sex is still missing ...

May be when Yingluck comes back ...?

Could just be called " The Shinawatras " .

MAY order and Truthful Evidence.  Some big provisos here.

Misleading headline.....again!

Apparently not.

The court's decision in this matter, being judicially complex, will take at least 12 months before it can be announced. By which time the decision will be that there is nothing to investigate.

On the other hand, the Administrative Court may refuse to consider the petition.

This will provide another photo opportunity for Srisuwan Janya to appear looking grumpy!

A remarkably public spirited individual, who appears to have plenty of time on his hands, and plenty of resources! I wonder who funds him; and why, if so politically active, he didn't run for election last May!

Maybe he is holding out for a Senators job come next May? Perhaps one to watch?

These people must think we are all. Stupid Taksin is a professional BS artist and we all know he is not sick and should be in prison where he belongs, time to start his time when he is back behind bars,, but then again all the government officials that he is paying some of his billions that he stole from Thailand are on his payroll

Well that's kind of the first requirement to be a politician.

Remember, he still has several outstanding court cases, which are not being talked about which should see him back in prison. The moment he suddenly makes a complete recovery on the date of his release, he should be immediately arrested and taken back to court for official charges to read out, and then held on remand due to previous flight risks.

Nothing that a few brown envelopes can't solve.

"Politically ill". HAHA! Good one ... touché! :clap2:
