Off the topic of apocalyptical ecological disasters. There was also the dire prediction I heard spouted back when HIV/AIDS was running rampant in the gay U.S. of A. population back in the 1980's. I forget the time frame that this prediction was supposed to take place in. 10 million people a year, in the U.S. of A., will die from AIDS! I think that prediction was for the heterosexual population.
