FWIW Thai Labour laws dictate employees get a min of 13 so up to the employer to give the full 19 or not. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_number_of_public_holidays
GypsyT
Did reporting this morning at Jomtien. 2nd time no stress -:) Arrived 8.10. out 9.20. Long lines already when going in and longer when leaving. But workers opened early and were fast and friendly to all. To my question: "When can I apply for 30 extension?" She said: "3-4 days before current stay expires." So, as it's been reported here, it is true. Quite crazy... hard to plan long trip etc. Last year I got extension 15 days before expiration date. I think many may get extension "in case" but don't stay. I've done that pre-covid couple of times. Maybe Immi is tired of extra work for nothing?
