The royalist Thai Pakdee party and a network of pro-monarchy groups filed a lawsuit against Justice Minister Tawee Sodsong and the director-general of the Corrections Department today with the Supreme Administrative Court.

 

The suit demands the revocation of a departmental regulation and a ministerial regulation, which allow well-behaved convicts to complete their prison terms outside a prison.

 

The plaintiff also asked the court to issue a temporary injunction, pending a final ruling by the court on revocation.

He did his homework and filled the envelopes before return which is wise but in doing so he shafted the entire country

 

He is just another selfish entitled hi-so much like the pro monarchy group going through the motions but anybody with half a brain knows the game if fixed and the whole world has seen the farce that is Thai justice...

I wonder what the Thaksin Haters will do when they run out of senior people to go after.

Maybe start to arrest al those citizens that voted Thaksin in as being anti monarchists?

I care nothing for him one way or the other. I used to believe that he was an honourable man who had done what needed to be done in a system that is fixed

 

Unfortunately he has shown himself to be yet another hi-so hypocrite putting himself in front of his people and supporters. A liar, a charlatan but mostly just another entitled hypocrite...

We would all like to see exactly who that privilege is extended to and who it is not extended to.  Thai common-folk and foreigners alike.

Why do I believe that there are plenty of "well-behaved" Thai (and foreign) convicts who are sick but who do not "qualify" for the privileges extended to a billionaire like Thaksin.  Did Thaksin complete one day in prison?  What's the criterion for "well-behaved?"  What multiples of millions of THB equals "well-behaved?"  Asking for a friend.

So, how many seats did the Thai Pakdee party win in the 2023 election compared to say, the Pheu Thai party?

In other words, just a normal person who has achieved a position of power. 

Phew, after a few days without Shinawatra posts for the Thaksin Haters to froth at the mouth over along come 2 lumps of red meat for them to drool over.
