Surely you meant 22nd Jan, which is the 7th day after the due report date, including 17th Jan. @StayinThailand2much you can submit in person up to 6 days after the due date (7 days including the due date) without incurring a fine. Edit: And by the way, if his due date was the 17th, the 22nd would be the 6th day after the due date including the due date, not the 7th.
