This has no relationship at all with the rest of the article. 

Thailand should be able to leap to the front on "artificial intelligence" as they are not encumbered by systems involving "real intelligence"

Most things that happen in Thailand are a mis-understanding... hard to tell if it's mis/dis-information or what.

Thailand has created a working AI, I did not know that.
