I was in a 7/11 earlier today to pay some bills and get some stuff.

Ahead of me was a mixed couple,the guy,with shoes and socks and very white and a Thai woman.

She bought a whole bunch of stuff ,snacks and sweet drinks mostly.

I remember looking at her and thinking she did not need all of that?

She was a full grown woman,so to speak.

Time to pay and she just stuck her hand out and motioned him to give her money.

He did.

I almost fell sorry for him.

Just an observation.

This was however far from Pattaya.

A thai girl i was seeing i said you pay sometimes and I'll pay sometimes in 7 Eleven, the day she did something similar i said she can pick it up, she didn't do it again.

 

But this is almost rule 1 for Thai girls, milk the falang in 7 Eleven

Must be a boring day for posters (me included).

My post is #6 about foreigners paying for a Thai persons purchases at 7/11.

Do we see how ludicrous this is.

My GF, when visiting 7-11 with me, will aim to fill the basket with cosmetics. Ex-wife used to do same on weekly shop at Tesco when living in the UK. It's life. But holding hand out for money is not something I've really encountered in the way the OP describes it. They normally just expect the man to pay.

it might have escaped your notice but some foreign single guys here have to pay thai women to hang out with them, it's a form of prostitution and quite common.

 

it's not something i've ever needed to indulge in, i hasten to add. but, everyone to their own.

What she did was very disrespectful in my eyes.

It was not only holding the hand out for money but the finger gestures and the look she gave him.

As a fairly honest type of guy, I prefer straight payment, but acknowledge your stated preference to use deception and manipulation to obtain sex from women.

   That is just the guys who can only find females who have no income and they need to find a man to get income .

   The girls with an income can find better guys that that .

Two different groups of people . Men who can only buy girls and girls who can only get a job as a partner and the other group is men who can get girls who have an income and don't need the mans money

Apparently he likes women mooching off him. A lot of guys come here primarily to get mooched off of, some even marry moochers, not that there’s anything wrong with it, just not for me.

I agree, it's amusing how these guys convince themselves they're in a genuine relationship, even the really boring ones

The wife would never do that with me at 7-11.

 

I just transfer my pension to her account every month so she doesn't have to

You were so very very badly burned...    its like you have relationship PTSD - I feel quite awful for you.

 

Your sweeping generalisations of relationships are only ever a projection of your encounters and experiences without any concept that there exists a complete spectrum of experiences...  you seem to lack any concept of a genuine relationship, almost like a defence mechanism.

 

Perhaps thats understandable after decades of disappointment - but its your level of cynicism and frequent sweeping generalisations characterising all men and women as mercenary that I find remarkably flawed and very sad, and, while your generalisation may be true of some, its remarkably inaccurate for many but you lack the open-mindedness to be able to recognise or identify that.

 

 

That said - your 60+ comment may have some weight... If I'm single at that age I guess I'll find out...
