For a Thai.

 

I am putting together the package I will leave to my 2 half Thai sons, which will include a Thai property each. It would be a bonus if I could arrange their properties, be them townhouses or detached houses, to be legally set up as a hostel, guesthouse or hotel. I see guesthouses in townhouses in residential areas, so zoning doesn't seem to be an issue. 

 

Has anybody legally set up a property (for a Thai/as a Thai) to be a legally run guesthouse, hotel or property?

 

What are the licenses required and what requirements need to be met to get these licenses?
