Noble Thara Ngamwongwan

Featured Replies

Hi,

i am considering buying a house in this development it is 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 320 sqm living space, 120wah total area,

i work in Chaengwattana rd and heard that the new train link should come out to this area, the price is 10m baht, any feedback on this company or location would be appreciated,

thanks,

I don't know this particular development but I live not far from Ngamwongwan. The location is more convenient than I first thought it would be, it takes me just 30-45 minutes to get the office in the city in the morning. There are all the home comforts nearby Villa Supermarket, Sports City, Tescos, Pantip Plaza ( they built a second one on Ngamwongwan) etc.

The price seems reasonable to me, Noble are a well known developer with a decent reputation, in the "top ten".

I'm not sure where the location is.

It may be the same company in Noble Group that did Soi Ruamrudee a few years back. They looked nice condos and sold out quickly. Hence they have at least one success to their name..

Noble Tara developments are widespread, built to a recipe and are actually quite nice.

If you want to take a look at a previous developemt by these guys, and so what they look like after a few years, i can think of a few. Town-in-Town, Pattanakarn, Watcharapon amongst others.

The thing i dont like about them is that they build too big houses on too small land plots. I have a friend who has a 3 bed place at the Town-in-town development. His neighbours and Thai celebrities and other newly wealthy people. He likes that. What i dont like is that while the place has a private pool, it literally fills the garden space, from perimeter wall to door. Also, they dont look too pretty from the outside, though interior finishing is generally pretty good.

I would say for the areas you mention, the price isnt bad at all. Just take a look at the others first.
