Does anybody know if UroFlow (tamsulosin 0.4mg) is readily available over the counter in a Thai pharmacy without prescription?

I would be grateful for a sensible response.

yes it is, 800 baht a box of 30 at the SE chemist, suk, near soi 15

I used to be remotely located over 500 km from Bangkok and used to get regular deliveries within one to two days from online Bangkok Drugstore.

Though slightly more expensive than 800 baht, they are an excellent service.

In Thailand there are 2 brands: Uroflow and Harnal OCAS.

  Most pharmacies will carry it  (real pharmacies that is, ones with actual pharmacists).

Yes.    Should be about 1,050 bt for 1 box Harnal Ocas 0.4 mg - widely available OTC.

You need to drink a lot when you take it.Cures constipation for me as I take for Kidney stone issues and coincidentally drink massive quantities of water when Im taking it
