delgarcon
Most foreign currencies are doing very well against the Baht, I just got 46.2 nett for my pound for example, which is the best for some years.
mfd101
Yes, I just received my fortnightly transfer (organized thru Wise last night). Best xrate against AUD since Nov 2022.
eyeman
Yeah I'm only out about 10% since brexit, after all fees wise giving 46,163 for 1000gbp. One thing this useless government is good for... 🤣 1

KhunBENQ
19 hours ago, bkk6060 said: It was 70 twenty years ago. After the big Asian crisis 1997/1998 most currencies jumped to new higher levels. That lasted until the other big financial crisis became obvious (Lehman breakdown). GBP got an extra hit after the Brexit decision 2016. So the current gains triggered by terrible/populist financial policies in Thailand are nice but nothing historic yet.
