Update: links for retirement extension forms at CW: TM.7, STM.2, STM.9, STM.11, criteria ...
But do the STM forms used by Hua Hin exactly match those used by CW, though? I mention this because the STM2 and STM9 forms which I had to complete when applying for my latest retirement extension at Rayong a couple of weeks ago included a small box in the bottom left-hand corner acknowledging receipt of a copy through a further signature and date. And you're supposed to sign and date this acknowledgement at the same time as signing and dating the form itself! Morever, you're not given a copy of your submitted form in any case at Rayong!! -

List of requirements swap marriage extension to retirement
The very first reply from @BrandonJT is correct... "When switching from marriage to retirement, your wife will also need to be present for this extension, but will not need to be present for future applications" The OP can chat with local immigration re being cut some slack. Doubt he will be successful. Perhaps some POA or written letter from wife might suffice. Hopefully the OP will update at some point. -

List of requirements swap marriage extension to retirement
If that's the basis of your opinion, then I guess @RubbaJohnny is up <deleted> creek without a paddle as he states his wife is away. In that situation, shouldn't he then be advised he'll have to leave the Country and start all over again. Be interesting to know the outcome if his wife can't be present.
