And even that you will get, or something that will seem like it for half of the western World: as soon as the Gulf Stream shuts down (too much cold meltwater form greenland killing the temperature differential making it move warm water over the Atlantic), Europe will have the same temperatures as on the American continent in the same latitude. In Europe, it will be much colder, but only after farmers and forests have tried to change for the severe temperature spike we are going through now, so it will be double bad. I know, it makes some peoples heads explode, that the whole planet warming does not mean, that everywhere will be warmer, or all at the same rate. But, what scientist were specifically warning 50 years ago: looking at geological and solar cycles, we are pretty much at the normal end phase of a warm interglacial -- something completely unrelated. It seems that we have heated the planet up even against this natural temperature dampening cycle, so we will be in for a horrible rollercoaster ride in the coming 50 years.
