Hi Folks

I  have a maturing debit card coming up and just wondered if any have renewed and think to know the procedure and in my name
Yes, my understanding is that the current bank passbook, existing debit card, 
Thai ID card, British Passport.

Anything else but notwithstanding go in to my local branch.
It should be straightforward forward but hearing other people with other banks having a heck of a lot of paperwork to do and going back 4 times and they may have had the account in joint names and an update on the old bank passbook.
