But They then realized if the mayor was charged then the government might very well be on the hook for huge massive piles of millions of dollars.. So what happens? O- We cant charge him now because of the statue of BS BS BS....lol And now we dont have to admit to any responsibility in the matter.. Hopewell part 2 here......
