Getting The Work Done

we have a euca farm up in yasothon, and every few months we go up and prune the trees, except theres fifty thousand of them

so i need to get some locals, to do the work, the only thing is everything i want them to do, they do they complete opposite, so last week jack my son was following me around as i was mutterering to my self something to the effect of issan do not listen to anything you say,

he proudly announced to everyone that they were not doing there jobs good, and he was now there boss and they had to listen to him or they would,t get paid, to my astonishment he then went and told them how to prune the trees exactly how i wanted them done, to my utter astonishment they started to do it the same way me and my wife were rolling around, i get hearing allday telling them mai dee jai dee, hes now my supervisor.
