The National Human Rights Commission has submitted an investigation report to the Ministry of Justice concerning nine self-exiled Thai political activists who have disappeared in neighboring countries, urging the government to take the cases seriously.

The commission investigated complaints about the disappearance of these nine individuals, who sought political asylum in Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam between 2017 and 2021.
