Not account closed BUT absolutely no information stored. no 'my account' no 'shopping trolley'. nothing. 
My gmail  account opens up but all categories empty.

Last night working O.K. I ordered something and today got email confirming order.
No way to contact them to ask why.

That completed on the phone but the account is still missing all the details and when I try to login from the PC again I still get the "protected status" response. Ho hum.

 

The same thing happened to me, and on top of that, I'm being denied access to around 30,000 baht in my wallet.
