Postmaster Posted July 14, 2024 Posted July 14, 2024 Asking for a friend. Does anyone know what arrangements exist in Pattaya for abortion of unplanned pregnancy of single girl 1
PPMMUU Posted July 14, 2024 Posted July 14, 2024 if the girl can speak Thai calling 1663 is the best way. 2

Popular Post spidermike007 Posted July 15, 2024 Popular Post Posted July 15, 2024 I am a lifelong advocate of abortion, as long as it's in the first trimester. There's no reason whatsoever for a woman who does not want to have a child, to be forced to bear that child. The last thing the world needs right now is another child. Especially one who is not wanted, and who will likely not be properly cared for. 1 11 3 2

However, I know that medically issues do arise after the first trimester and so, I must allow for the woman and her Doctor to be the ones making the decision. Not the "state" nor certainly not me being a party to the pregnant and lacking medical training. 1
Popular Post Sheryl Posted July 15, 2024 Popular Post Posted July 15, 2024 By Thai law, a woman can have an abortion on demand up to 20 weeks gestation. Finding a doctor willing to perform one, however, can be a bit difficult hence the recommendation to call the 1663 hotline or contact Planned Parenthood/Thailand. Their referrals can be trusted. Beware of dodgy clinics especially in Pattaya. This is a legal procedure, no reason to resort to anyplace dodgy. Any political/philosophical/moral debates, please take them elsewhere, this is the Health Forum. 2 1 2 1
