Now she has finally issued a ruling, this can now go to the Appellate Court, which based on precedents,  will most likely be overruled, ( for the third time).

Should it go to the Supreme Court, it would be very hard for them not to rule in Jack Smiths favour as , once again, there are precedents that even Trump appointed judges have ruled in agreement with those "illegitimate" appointments Probably the most famous example of an illegitimate appointment was that of Robert Mueller.

IMHO, what is more scary, is the recent Supreme Court ruling giving US President's some immunity against prosecution. Putting them above the law to some extent.

More along the lines of your feckless savior Biden who walks on espionage charges because he has pudding for brains and the DOJ SC Robert Hur deemed Biden mentally unfit to face criminal indictment for espionage despite the evidence showing Biden "sold" the classified information for a book deal worth $8M for which a Trump DOJ may very well indict the corrupt mentally unfit Biden for. Biden has not been deemed mentally unfit when he committed espionage during his tenure as a senator and VP and is not subject to presidential immunity afforded by the PRA. Trump was and is protected by the PRA.
