Not his very impressive life story, rising from Appalachian poverty to serve his country in the Marines and eventually graduate from Yale Law School Summa Cum Laude.  Nor his successful writing or career in the private sector. So he’s bright enough to graduate Yale law school summa cum laude, so presumably his assessment of Trump was from that same high functioning brain.

 

Now he’s Trump’s running mate.

 

You might not think Vance getting into a campaign as running mate with a man he referred to as Hitler and what it tells us about Vance’s principles matters.

If you are truly interested in why Vance went from anti Trump to a supporter, I suggest you do a bit of reading, a bit deeper than looking for cheap shots.

Really? Last I heard, he was in favour of leaving it up to the individual states. He has also in the past supported allowing abortion up to 15 weeks. So you are, as usual, wrong.

It’s very clear why he’s made the U-turn, he wants the power to rollout the Christo-fascism he’s steeped in.

 

What’s more difficult to understand is why Trump chose Vance, if indeed he did.

 

Vance appeals to the exact same rightwing extremists that Trump already has in the bag.

 

He brings nothing new other than a very good reason for women and people who do not want to live under Project 2025 to get out and vote blue.
