Church of England’s Shift Away from Traditional Terminology
Do you think the "Church" 100 years ago was anything like 1900 years before it, or the Church 500 years ago was anything like what passed for a Church 1500 years? The infrastructure, the terminology, the language changes (eg. King James Bible, the Tyndale Bible). Heres a thing; the only reason the Gaelic language survived in Ireland was because of Protestant missionaries. In the Catholic churches, the services were mostly in Latin. The congregation hadn't a clue. These missionaries cottoned on to if you wanted new members of the flock, talk to them in a language they understand. It looks like the agnostics/atheists moaning about a changing CoE (the Established Church) have never heard of High Church. -

Bye bye Electric & Hello Hydrogen?
I guess you didn’t read my post about the cost of hydrogen being four or five times more than electricity? And perhaps you didn’t read my post about the countries that have tried hydrogen cars and failed? There are abandoned Toyota mirrors in Norway at closed hydrogen, fueling stations, customers have just left them and walked away. I do know about hydrogen production, and it is needed for the markets size specified, long range trucks, and PSV’s, but you won’t be seeing it in passenger cars anytime soon. -

I lived in Hong Kong for a while and travelled extensively in mainland China. I am assuming that the Chinese woman and her daughter are relatively well off and well educated by the amount of western swear words they know and use. That sort of confidence usually comes with that MO. When I lived in Hong Kong I had a HK Chinese girlfriend who was very opinionated and argumentative, so having my clothes ripped off was a fairly common event. Thankfully it was usually followed by enthusiastic rumpy pumpy. Also when our relationship came to an end, she repeatedly used the phrase "You cannot go! You cannot go!" Not because I was the love of her life but because if anyone was going to finish our love affair, it was going to be her and not me! 😀 -

The agency hasn't yet approved a third vaccine, from drugmaker Novavax. The timing of the new vaccines — last year's rollout was in mid-September — is significant, since most of the U.S. is still caught in the summer wave of Covid illness. As of Monday, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported, the number of people testing positive for Covid keeps rising and emergency room visits for Covid have been increasing since mid-May. I guess you didnt read what I wrote. My government is doing, subsidizing 7 projects in H2. I guess gasturbines will could maybe be converted to H2 burning gasturbines. SHELL is building a H2 complex to run. https://www.shell.com/news-and-insights/newsroom/news-and-media-releases/2022/shell-to-start-building-europes-largest-renewable-hydrogen-plant.html 3 projects on putting CO2 underground. Already one H2 project running. You do have now electric cars, it was the first bend road they took. But also electric cars exist since long time, 1890. But we choose petrol ! Now more and more H2 is coming up, so will also be with cars. Same as electric really kicked in with Tesla. A Fisker for instance is gone. Give it some time and you ll see. However could reverse to, from CO2 made, petrol? The mission is too cut on CO2. but if recycled ok then? You see now companies starting sucking out CO2 with devices, maybe put bill to government? Ah, I see they are selling the CO2 ! https://www.science.org/content/article/switzerland-giant-new-machine-sucking-carbon-directly-air Fact is they signed punishing agreements to reduce, eliminate CO2. With an H2 car , you have enough on a 5 kg or less tank. Vans are now with 5 kg and bigger trucks on 8 kg tanks and they should be able to refill in normal way. 3-5 minutes. However there is still a big battery in it, I would have thought less. For the Mirai it is however less expensive then for a Tesla to buy. 1000-4000$ Found you this movie, simple
