Kamala Harris Defends Policy Stance in Heated Fox News Interview
About right - and probably actually worse for the Dems. This screen grab from that link says a lot - the People of USA have had enough. -

Death of Yahya Sinwar Delivers Major Blow to Hamas
You're deluded if you think this ends with the release of the hostages. It won't end until Israel kills every Hamas member who participated in the planning or execution of Oct 7. The question is, in killing hundreds (thousands?), will they create 10's of thousands of newly minted terrorists by also killing innocent family members as collateral damage? My forecast? In 50 years, Israel will still be fighting someone posing an existential threat, and in 75 years, and in 100 years. -

How many times have you left Thailand?
Considering the fact that I do not have a fortune, I will stay. There are many issues to consider. Going back to the US is not an option. I would not want to live there now, unless I was being paid over a million dollars a year, and then I would only do it for 3 years, and then leave. For me, it is about quality of life, and my level of fulfillment on a daily basis, which I seem to have here in abundance. A big factor here, is the relatively light hearted attitude of the people. You just do not find that in the US, where most seem bitter, disenchanted, unfulfilled, and heavy hearted. This is an entirely subjective topic, of course. But some of us live very good lives here. Some of us have been fortunate enough to find an outstanding woman, who is delightful to be around, on a daily basis, always has our back, and is fun, smart, and lovely. For me, that likelihood of finding that back in the US, would be very low. So, that is a big factor for me. The second factor is just the quality of life. Sure, I miss alot of the culture back home. The theatre, independent film (which I can download here with no issues at all, and a super fast 1 gbps fiber optic connection, at under 700 baht per month!), stand up comedy, live jazz, etc. But I have a lovely home that I rent, for about 10% of what I would pay in California, I live very well on an income which is not huge, have access to great health care, at a tiny fraction of what it costs in the US, and do not have to put up with alot of the aggravation that I had to when I lived back there. Frankly I have given it some thought, and I really don't think that I have a realistic alternative to Thailand. -

Renting in a condo - what MUST be included as part of the lease agreement?
There's been news about scams in renting to foreigners in the past. When looking at renting in a condo, what MUST be included as part of the lease agreement by the landlord and how are you able to tell that the "agent" actually has been contracted by the landlord to act on their behalf and enter into lease agreements? In Pattaya, there's many "agents" sharing keys among other "agents" and showing properties and letting them out even when they are not the ones that have contracted with the landlord. Thai ID Card or Passport, if a foreigner is the landlord. What else? -

Why are most movies released post-2000 unwatchable?
Sorry, but I thought the remake of Blade Runner was just garbage. There are good movies being made but not by Hollywood, which has gone corporate, PC and woke. As an example of a non Hollywood movie that I consider to be excellent can't beat Begin Again. -

Kamala Harris Defends Policy Stance in Heated Fox News Interview
Bill is wrong when he says that Fox News hates Kamala (like CNN, ABC, MSNBC etc. hate Trump). Fox News does not hate Kamala - they criticise her and expose her incompetency's, and that of Dems overall. Bill was 100% when he said she refused to answer questions about Open Border, Inflation, Biden's Mental State (and her lying about it), The Afghanistan Disaster, etc etc. All she did was refuse to answer questions and attack Trump - which is what the Dems do and have done since 2016. -
