Only on the third request and threat of legal action, did the council supply the info. Turns out that local taxpers funded £274,000 in payments to silence the teachers (25:05 into the film). They were also forced to sign non disclosure orders (NDAs). I suggest to anyone interested that they watch the movie as it's revealing of the cover ups and main stream media tactics too.
