Best method to watch True

I have a smart tv and I want to add True tv   

I see the options appear to be a True ID box or an app on the tv

Appreciate any advice on the best way to subscribe

I am struggling with this ahead of the NFL season.

 

True has quite convoluted offerings...TrueVisions NOW, TrueID.

 

Do you know which package you want to subscribe to?

 

Do you have any True services? Phone, fiber? (Not sure if DTAC customers are as eligible as True customers?)

 

I plan to subscribe to the TrueVisions NOW PREMIUM package at 449 ++VAT, hopefully paying from my prepaid balance.  https://truevisions.co.th/packages/2073

 

Some options:

 

Run the Truevisions NOW app on a mobile and cast to a TV or attached device.

 

Run Truevisions NOW on the TV.

 

Run Truevisions NOW on an attached device (like the True ID TV Box gen 2 or a Chromecast or any Android box).

 

You can only run two instances of Truevisions NOW simultaneously. Otherwise you get an error.

 

 

I've been running the Truevisions NOW app on my Samsung TV. This works.

 

I've been running the Truevisions NOW app on my Chromecast (attached to my TV). This works.

 

I've been running the Truevisions NOW app on a mobile and casting it to my TV, or my Chromecast. This works.

 

 

I've been thinking about getting the True ID TV Box, but not 100% sure that would add any value.

 

 

Also unsure about video performance (1080, 4K) on these various options.

My laptop, an HDMI cable, a good stream and my 65 inch TV are all I need for my games. Gave up True 15 years ago and life has been sweet. Gonna be a good year for the Niners I hope.
