Very amusing. A monkey court, representing a tiny elite, pathologically afraid of change, reform and progress, penalizing the duly elected PM and his party, asking for respect. 

 

I have always felt respect has to be earned, and never freely given. With judicial decisions like this, they are not respected, admired, or even considered credible. 

How can any sensible person respect not only this farce, but also the members of Thailand's Constitutional Court. These same members show no respect for the Thai people.

Dissolving political parties is about the most undemocratic thing a country can do.  It has one purpose - maintain the status-quo and disenfranchise every citizen who supports that party.
