Completing the form for 90 day on-line report, the new system is so simple, or maybe I'm just lucky in that my software setup works OK.

However the service level this time way exceeded my expectations based on history.

Submitted at 9:17 am today, approved at 9:28 am. Almost quicker than the time it takes to complete the on-line application, and definitely quicker than going there in person even if you only count the time from parking the car to leaving the car park.

    They have a better system as well if you cannot do online.
