Politics in America means that you will be criticized by the other side, no matter where you stand on any particular issue.  So Harris is better off to not say much of anything and let Trump do the talking.  Every time Trump opens his mouth, he implodes and reveals to the world what a pathetic piece of excrement he is.

I guess I missed the "witty" part. It does pay to include something to indicate that one has made an attempt at humour, lest one be misunderstood.
