Back when I was younger and quite naive compared to now, I was cheering for Marion Barry to win his third election as Mayor of DC, when he was plagued with accusations of corruption and drug abuse. Australia's GDP is USD 1.7 trillion, population 26 million. American GDP USD 28.8 trillion, population 333 million.
