Can I Extend Or Change Non "b" To "o" And After Cancel Wp?

I have 1 year Non "B" MULTIPLE to Jan 2007, after 3 times extented to September 2007. From Jan 2007 (for this 3 extensions VISA

I have WP which is extented to September 2007.

I want extend and change "B" to "O" 1year this month.Problem is one month for result immigr. office, for this time

I can show all document what I need for extensions (married certif.,two salary thai WP include proof from embassy about salary more than 40.000 THB from EU too), but my WP will be finish about 10 days before result, maybe I can extend this WP to November, but no more...

and after WP cancel.

My questions:

1. Can I change "B" to "O" ?

2. If non "B" extensions and WP is canceled, after is 7 days for leave Thailand. Will be must leave Thailand

if I change "B" to "O" if this will be possible??

3. How long before finish extensions I can make new extend or change?

I believe you can make a new application for extension of stay, this time for the reason of living with your wife, at any time before your current extension for reason of employment expires, ie you can apply already now or as soon as you have all the necessary paperwork.
