Bang Pho right round the corner quoted 2900 for psa test, I'm seeing posts from few yrs back with more affordable options + do clinics carry them out, thanks

Only 4,800 (ish) for full health check at Siriraj. Next to Icon Siam building. Takes most of the day and an explanation of the results the same day by doctors with very proficient English.

Just to give you an idea:

Lab in district town 550.

That's about the same like in Pattaya (lifecare lab). Had this in July.

Would doing against increase PSA?

Two usual activities in Pattaya and I had 1.3 (after TURP last year).

Thanks Sheryl, I never knew that.

Avoid sexual activity - not a problem. Prostate removed.

Avoid vigorous exercise - not a problem. COPD. I cannot even walk up stairs.

Avoid motorbike riding - problem. I only have the motorbike. Here on Samui, 24 years, never caught a taxi - they are bandits.

Walk to the clinic or lab?

Not possible. 5 kilometres up and down hills. See COPD.

Slow motorbike then.

I have noticed that my blood pressure is above normal when they check it.

I explain about the motorbike ride to the hospital.

Wait five minutes- slow breathing.

Blood pressure is OK
