1. WHY do they want to know my intent to return to USofA?

 

2. What additional information might (local) election officials might want to query?

Overseas outreach efforts are almost always driven by Democrat/ liberal causes. Asking questions ... data collection. In all likelihood your personal information will be sold down the road. Moreover, it is very likely you will not receive a ballot.

I have voted in every Presidential election since 1972. But as voter records are publicly available documents, I am hesitating on this type registration for financial reasons

IRS tax, voting, passport identity, etc. etc. etc.  of alive or dead USA citizens open to face to face walk in service office

 

Citizens living Inside USA borders, report life or dead, handled at mortuary with zero security name and SSA.GOV

number printed on a business card piece of paper. Your SSA.GOV card has no bio metrics photo identity and has no

foreign government inspected every 90 day by Immigration laws reporting you are living inside the USA border.

 

 All foreign governments inspect USA passport holders 90 days because USA passport is a temporary visa identify foreigner with photo, finger print, bio metrics integrated circuit chip, timed entering a foreign border. The foreign government also issues permission to open passport verified bank account attached to passport visa holder.  You

need validated USA.GOV  passport and foreign Government temporary visa stamp to empty your foreign bank account,  beyond foreign bank ATM amount  restrictions and you are also reported to foreign government

The sole purpose of your SSA.GOV number is to identify you allow access to medical and financial history of records integrated inside the USA. Your SSA.GOV number is not

valid to identify you outside the USA it is the USA State Department bio metrics passport used to identify you outside the USA borders!

 

It is now starting wake up the fraud,  a hand full of USA banks are closing accounts, demanding driver photo identity BUT THIS CAN NOT,  IS NOT  ACCEPTED LIVING IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY THAT IMMIGRATION, BANKING DEMANDS A

VALID BIO METRICS PASSPORT WITH A CERTIFIED TEMPORARY VISA  PASSPORT,,, INSPECTED EVERY 90 DAYS (dead or alive a foreign government informs the local USA Embassy to process your location of a dead body passport)

Only if you have a valid address voter registration in the US and request absentee ballot based upon that address.
