In a dramatic turn of events, Thai police have arrested two Chinese nationals involved in a sophisticated gang targeting car owners using signal jammers. The suspects, 38-year-old Zhang Jin and 31-year-old Zheng Hong, were caught in the act at a motorway rest stop in Chachoengsao province.
