I know that DeeMoney may not be the best option to send money from my Bangkok Bank account to the UK , but I thought I would give it a go and see how things work out. 

 

Ive opened an account with DeeMoney and can access that account from my computer. I have set up where I want money sent to my UK bank account ,  but I can't understand how to have the money being sent to the Uk , taken from my Thai Bangkok Bank account . 

 

What am I missing / doing wrong ?

 

 

 

 

 

Best to do by QR code. Go through the DeeMoney forms, select QR code and copy to your phone.  Open your Thai bank ap, select "SCAN" icon.  Your photo page should come up. Tap the scanned QR code and it should show the bank transfer form for the sent amount. Confirm the transfer and save a copy.  You should immediately get an email from the email account you registered from Dee Money confirming the transfer.  You will also get an email when the recipient collects the money.

Thanks, sadly Ive tried to install the Bangkok Bank Android app on my mobile phone , but it keeps saying Error RA02 . I can access my DeeMoney account on my computer , but for '' Payment Option ( my Bangkok Bank account ) its asking for a QR scan or QR Code .

 

The transfer amount to be sent to my UK bank , is only a test amount .

 

And I have no idea how to do that .

Well actually you do know, you need to get the Bangkok Bank app working.  Error code RA02 is something to do with incomplete ID information - your best bet is to drop into your branch and have them sort it out.
