Malaguti madison - Thoughts

My Lady wants a s/h Malaguti madison 150 ...

 

Has anyone got / had one and can give me an insight to ownership ?

 

We live in Central Pattaya - Where would we get it serviced ?

Lots for sale , only 1 or 2 years old. Does that point to any servicing issues ?.  If there is a local dealer for any specific parts - who looks like they will be around for a while - then any decent MC shop will be able to service it. Secondhand prices have taken a hit from new , so some good prices.

I heard a neighbour had one, it was making a racket when starting and at normal operation, best to test drive properly before buying, and spare parts should be a concern unless near a dealer who can get them... 

 

A lot for sale after 1 or 2 years, and a lot lower price than new, not a good sign for a bike model...!
