Im struggling with the Easypass tollway token thing thats in my windscreen. I had to get help from 2 ladies at the Easypass centre on the expressway in pattaya 6 months ago. I added 500 baht credit. 

 

Now with all my trips to Isan Ive run out of credit. I opened the app EXAT portal on my phone. Its asking for email and password. I clicked on forget password and plugged in my email address and it says 'email not recognised'

 

I have an easypass card they gave me. It has the QR code on the back but when I try to scan it, its not recognised. 

 

If you have ever successfully scanned that qr code which bank did you use?

 

Can you help me? Can I go into a bank and they do it for me?

 Top it up in 7-eleven with the card. 

If you have online banking with Bangkok Bank you can top up your EasyPass card there.  I would imagine other banks have something similar.

Mobile banking apps will top it up. I just save the account number on my bank app favorites and its a one click top up, min top up is 300THB.
