Anybody know of a parcel delivery service between Thailand and Philippines aside from FedEx/DHL/EMS.? I want to send a used laptop to a student in Manila. Battery restrictions rule out Thai Post/EMS.  FedEx and DHL too expensive.  If anybody has done similar, would the recipient probably be hit with significant duty on a used laptop?  Value about $200
