In my post which has been moved to the appropriate sub forum,  there's relevant details to what I was asking. Obivously a topic headline is a summary to give a general idea. Then the body of the topic would expand on that. You can't judge a question by just its headline. Regarding waste of space, your comment is one example, not to mention waste of time.
