Hi all does anyone have recent experience with Savannakhet embassy doing Non-O Marriage 1 year with new appointment system.Have an appointment but time says from 0900 to 1100 where as Vientaine gives a time slot for each booking.

Is it just the normal roll up and join enormous line sit out in the sun scenario that it used to be or do they send in certain amount at a time? My no ends in 79.

Appreciate any comments.

I was there in June. My time was 09.00 - 11.00 also, I think they are all the same. Think it's just a
 way to restrict the numbers.

It was my first time there so can't compare to before. I got there around 8.30 and joined the queue
outside. There were 15-20 people ahead of me. They opened up at 9 and the queue moved to the window. No-one checked the appointment until I got to the guy at the window. Without one I'd have been sent packing. I was out before 11.
