Renew 2 year motorbike licence

What are all the requirement to renew a 2 year motorbike licence at the Pattaya office?

 

Is it a 2-step process where you have to turn up for getting a queue number, then about 30 days later your queue number will be for the 2nd appointment to actually get the licence? Is it still so long to get the actual appointment?

 

Is there a link online to download the application form for renewal of a licence? Do you need to provide a photo of yourself too? If so, what size?

Go to agent. Pay 3k baht. Be driven to DL office and go to front of line to sign paperwork for next appointment. 

Visit 2: be driven to DL office. Go to special room to "watch video" then go to front of line for reaction time and colour blindness tests. Go to wicket and pay for licence with agent's money. Take a number and wait 5 minutes to have photo taken.  Wait 5 more minutes for licence to be handed to you. Agent drives you back and you can forget about it for the next 5 years.

Gee. Last time I renewed I was capable enough to do all that by myself without an agent. Some loser with an agent babysitting him was there behind me in line. I asked how much he paid. 6k was the answer. I laughed and laughed. I believe he was offended. Too bad.
