I don't know what you mean by an "everyday inhaler". It contains a powerful bronchodilator and should only be used if and as advised by a doctor.

 

But like most such medications in Thailand, does not require a prescription to buy.

 

Ask for it as Salbutamol, they may not recognize the term albuterol. (Same thing)

Thank you Sheryl, apparently I have cylindrical bronchiectasis (which explains a few things) and this inhaler is recommended for it. I am seeing the docs again next week and in case they don't mention it, like last week, I'll buy one before I go. Same with amoxycillin.
